ಮಗುವಿನ ಕಥೆ
ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು ಚಂದ್ರು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಮಗ ಮನ್ವಿತ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಕೆಲವೇ ವಾರಗಳ ನಂತರ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಥಲಸ್ಸೆಮಿಯಾ ಮೇಜರ್ ಎಂಬ ಕಾಯಿಲೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಯಿತು. ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ, ಮಗು ರಕ್ತ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ , ಆದರೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಮೂಳೆ ಮಜ್ಜೆಯ ಕಸಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವುದು.
ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಕಸಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಎಚ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಎ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯ ದಾನಿಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದು ನಮಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 30 ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ವೈದ್ಯರು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕನಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟ. ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಕಸಿ ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಉಳಿಯೋದು ಕಷ್ಟ , ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ, ನನ್ನ ಮಗು ತುಂಬಾ ತೊಂದರೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸುವದರಿಂದ ಬಚಾವ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನನ್ನದು , ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಗುವಿನಂತೆ ಅವನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾನೆ , ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ನನ್ನ ಆಶಯ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡಿ

My name is Chandru and I am raising funds for my son, Manvith. When he was just a baby of a few weeks old, he was diagnosed with Thalassemia Major. Since then, he has been undergoing blood transfusions. But the only curative option for him to have a chance at a normal life is to undergo a Bone Marrow Transplant.
We have found a complete HLA matching donor for my son’s transplant. The doctors have estimated that it might cost us around 30 lakhs. I work as a laborer, and it is extremely difficult to arrange for such a huge amount. My son’s transplant cannot be delayed. With your help, my child won’t have to suffer so much.
