Job Description
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Manage the entire life cycle for the recruitment process for the clients:
• Deriving Job Description as per the Requirement.
• Advertise the Job Description through various job portals like Naukri, Linkedin, shine, Monster, etc.
• Screen the Candidates who meet the Job requirements.
• Conduct first round of interview to check whether the candidates meet the criteria.
• Schedule the Qualified Candidates Interview with Hiring Managers.
• Joining formalities, Induction and Documentation.
• Minimum Knowledge on Payroll Calculations.
• Employee Grievance and Employee Engagement.
• Exit formalities.
Job location: Hassan, Karnataka
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Salary: 18k to 25k
